About Ryan Dougherty

From the first meeting to closing day, Ryan Dougherty’s mission is to guide his clients through every step of a real estate transaction with ease. Primarily serving Morristown and the surrounding area, Ryan has many years of connecting clients with their dream homes–coupled with a lifetime of area expertise.  

Born and raised in Morristown, Ryan currently resides in Morris Plains, New Jersey with his wife Caroline, who is expecting their first child, and their dog Bam. Ryan began his real estate career in 2015 and has been diligently serving his clients ever since. He is a proud member of Team Dougherty and always puts the needs of his clients first. As a premier agent, Ryan has won many top industry awards and recognitions. Starting his first year, Ryan was the recipient of the Circle of Excellent Award, and part of the Real Trends Top Team in New Jersey. Along with his real estate awards, Ryan is a graduate of Montclair State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing. Beyond his industry accolades, Ryan is an advocate for his clients, prioritizing their needs in pursuit of helping them achieve their real estate goals. His mission is to give his clients exceptional customer service, regardless of budget and experience level.

One of the many reasons Ryan loves living in Morris Plains is the area’s versatility. Very few places offer the balance between a tight-knit community and big-city excitement the way Morris Plains does and he is proud to represent his hometown. Ryan is an avid golfer and a member of the local golf club. He is also an ardent supporter of the area’s local businesses.   

Ryan specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Morristown, Morris Plains, and the surrounding area. When he isn’t conducting real estate transactions, you can find Ryan spending quality time with her wife Caroline and their dog, or spending any time he can spare on the golf course, perfecting his game.
