Although Morris Plains may be small, locals are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options. Tabor Road Tavern is an upscale eatery set in a warm environment serving American comfort classics. Perfect for a special night out, patrons are especially fond of their signature burger, plum glazed 14-ounce pork chop, charbroiled cowboy steak, and other hearty dishes.

Nearby, Arthur’s Tavern offers a similar menu, in a bit more of a relaxed setting. This New Jersey restaurant group is famous in the northeast for giant steaks, stuffed sandwiches, and pretty generous portions across the board. A similar, friendly establishment is found nearby at Tiff‘s Grill & Ale House. This family-friendly sports bar hosts community events like trivia nights and boasts several large televisions to ensure you never miss a second of the big game. The community is also plentiful with other New Jersey cuisine. Pizza parlors, bagel shops, and diners serving cheesy disco fries can be found around nearly every corner.
